Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define and drive the next chapter of our SaaS platform evolution. You will shape the technical vision, make decisive architectural bets, and translate ambitious AI-native goals into scalable, reliable systems.

You’ll lead a global team of engineers, own the infrastructure, and align engineering priorities with business outcomes like revenue and adoption, working closely with Product and GTM.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership and decision-making experience.
• Strong product/commercial mindset with business impact.
• Proven track record managing complex IT environments and transformation projects.
• Hands-on architectural depth with ability to guide deep technical dives.
• Proven AI delivery experience with production-ready systems, evaluation, reliability and guardrails.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams across geographies.
• Experience scaling technology for enterprise-grade platforms with reliability, security and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end technical vision for multi-channel messaging, CRM backbone, and AI orchestration.
• Lead design sessions and guide engineers through system trade-offs and sound technical decisions.
• Act as a peer to the C-suite, making hard calls and owning technical direction.
• Lead the AI roadmap and deliver production-ready LLM/agentic systems with reliability and guardrails.
• Align engineering priorities with business outcomes: revenue, retention, adoption, working with Product and GTM.
• Build and retain a high-performing distributed engineering org and foster autonomy.
• Scale architecture for enterprise: reliability, security, multi-tenancy, and performance as we expand into larger markets.
