Job summary

OKX is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our network of KOLs and affiliates in Czechia & Slovakia. You will manage partnerships end-to-end, from recruitment to collaboration, and work with the product team to tailor offerings for this region.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, fluent English and Czech, and a proven track record in affiliate development within crypto or finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Experience in affiliate development within crypto, finance or trading, especially in Czechia & Slovakia.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data for decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers to grow the network.
• Drive campaigns to increase trading volume, acquire new users and promote activity through affiliate channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and affiliates, aligning their strategies with business goals.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights and improve offerings.
• Meet with partners to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, locally and internationally.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
