Bitget in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Community Growth professional to own end-to-end growth of the Bitget Fan Club, acquiring new fans and elevating existing members through tiered loyalty programs. You will design campaigns, run UGC initiatives, and craft a daily content calendar tailored to active and professional traders.

Role requires managing Telegram and Discord communities, coordinating with Social Media, Marketing, and Data teams to align product launches and brand campaigns, and

Formación

• 3+ years in community management, ideally crypto
• Experience with Telegram/Discord communities and moderation tools
• Personal trading experience in stocks and/or crypto is a plus
• Proven track record designing tiered loyalty programs
• Strong content instincts and data-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end growth of Bitget Fan Club and drive new fan acquisition
• Design and refine tier-up mechanics to boost trader metrics
• Plan campaigns, UGC initiatives, and engagement programs
• Develop a daily content calendar for trading-focused topics
• Manage Telegram and Discord communities with on-brand experience
• Collaborate with Social Media and Product Marketing teams
• Track growth metrics and report insights to refine initiatives
