Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a customer-centric teleservices professional in the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver quality service for Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect and to achieve business targets.

You will identify customers’ financial needs, promote suitable products and services, and assist with online local and cross-border account openings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above.
HKSI qualification.
At least 2 years of banking/customer service experience.
Independent, self-motivated and customer-centric.
Excellent English and Chinese communication (verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese inputs.
May be on-shift duty.
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Teleservices Executive; more experience as Teleservices Manager.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality services to customers of Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect through inbound and outbound calls.
Identify customers’ financial needs, including products and services.
Responsible for online account opening for local and cross-border customers.
Propose resolutions aligned with business goals to optimize retention.
Assist superiors in implementing unit development guidelines and policies.
Address customer feedback/complaints professionally.
