Job summary

Bank of China in Hong Kong is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Teleservices Manager for the Contact Centre in the Cross Border Wealth Management Connect program within the Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department. You will lead inbound and outbound calls to deliver quality service and identify customer needs.

Responsibilities include handling online account opening for local and cross-border clients, proposing solutions to align with business strategies, and addressing feedback promptly.

Qualifications

• Degree or above is preferred.
• Possess HKSI qualifications.
• At least 2 years of relevant banking/customer services experience.
• Independent, self-motivated and customer-centric under pressure.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality services to customers of Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect via inbound/outbound calls.
• Identify customers' financial needs and suitable products/services.
• Responsible for online account opening for local and cross-border customers.
• Propose resolutions aligned with business strategy and retain customers.
• Assist superiors in implementing unit guidelines and policies.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
