Job summary

Bank SinoPac in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Corporate Banking professional for its Hong Kong office. You will drive business development among Mainland Chinese enterprises expanding into SEA, structure financing, and conduct rigorous credit analysis to support cross-border deals.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in business/finance with 5+ years in corporate banking sales and strong English and Mandarin proficiency. Some overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate banking sales/relationship management with new client acquisition.
• Experience structuring Sinosure-backed financing and outbound Mainland enterprise deals is highly preferred.
• Track record with SOEs, POEs, and Mainland Outbound Corporates
• Knowledge of trade finance, syndicated loans, structured finance, and commercial loan products
• ECF on Credit Risk Management is a plus
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with self-motivation
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin required; occasional overseas travel

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and solicit new business opportunities among Mainland Chinese enterprises expanding into SEA.
• Originate, structure, and execute corporate banking solutions including Sinosure-backed trade finance and syndicated loans.
• Perform credit due diligence, negotiate terms, pricing, and collateral in line with risk guidelines.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate credit risks across the corporate portfolio with regular reviews.
