Arcon System Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive AV/ELV and IT system integration projects in Hong Kong and Shenzhen. You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.

The role requires strong Cantonese/English/Mandarin; existing network with developers, hotels, corporates is a plus; travel to Shenzhen may be needed. Competitive base salary plus commission and year-end bonus.

Competenze

Minimum 3 years B2B BD / sales experience in AV, ELV, security or IT system integration.
Experience in Hong Kong construction / tender market is highly preferred.
Ability to prepare English business proposals independently.

Mansioni

Identify and develop new clients and project opportunities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for AV, IT & Security ELV system integration projects.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, client consultation, proposal presentation, tendering, negotiation to contract closing.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors and design partners; explore repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence to support sales strategy and revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations and tender documents; coordinate with technical team for site surveys and client demos.
Attend industry events to build industry network and company brand.
