Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or B2C AV sales.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate tech to business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new AV sales opportunities in North Point/Hong Kong territories.
• Perform needs analysis and tailor AV solutions to client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals.
• Develop product knowledge across Sunrise Elements Limited AV offerings.
• Negotiate terms to close sales while ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with technical/project teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of all client interactions and deals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
