Xgate in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated CRM Executive to contribute to our CRM strategy and loyalty initiatives. You will analyze customer data, help design campaigns, and support cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The role requires hands-on experience with CRM systems, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to present insights clearly. Fluency in spoken English and Chinese is preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in CRM/loyalty programme (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CRM Executive).
• Experience in CRM System and related IT systems
• Good project management and analytical skill
• Proactive, innovative, self-organized, self-motivated with good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken
