Job summary

WilliamSELECT in Hong Kong is seeking a CRM Manager to drive data-driven customer strategies within a luxury fashion context. You will analyze CRM data, present insights, and translate observations into actionable recommendations for marketing and clienteling programs.

You will develop CRM engagement plans, manage consumer trends, maintain the database, and support in-store events and VIP gifting. Fluent English and Chinese and strong analytical skills are essential in this fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Strong CRM data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience in luxury retail or beauty sectors preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CRM data analysis and present findings.
• Provide insights and translate observations into qualitative insights.
• Prepare and distribute periodical consumer management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain CRM database and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide consumer trends analysis and define target audiences for marketing.
• Plan clienteling strategies and VIP events initiatives.
• Develop CRM engagement programs and client development planning.
• Organize seasonal gifting and support in-store events.
