Job summary

CPJobs International is hiring a Credit Risk Manager. The role entails assessing client credit, analyzing and reviewing loans, and visiting client sites with BD Managers to inform loan decisions.

You will analyze portfolios, industries, and markets, and work with teams to implement risk workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy with 3+ years' relevant credit risk experience.
• Experience in both front-line lending and back-office credit risk is required.
• Private lending experience is preferred.
• Ability to digest financial statements to assess entity health.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit assessment of clients and portfolios.
• Conduct credit analysis and reviews for new and existing loans.
• Visit sites with Business Development Managers and recommend loan outcomes.

Job Description

• Perform credit assessmentof our clients

• Perform credit analysis & reviewfor new & existing loan portfolios

• Perform site visits with Business Development Managers& make recommendations for loan acceptance/rejection to management

• Perform loan portfolio analysis, industry analysis & market comparison studies.

• Work closely with all departments to implement workflows and systems in accordance with business strategies & policies relating to credit risk management.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and local regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience comprised of both front-line capital lending and back office credit risk for SME lending background and experience.

• Front line and back office experience are amust.

• Preferably have private lending experience.

• Has personal interest in financial markets and analysis; able to digest financial statement to form an informed analysis of an entity’s financial health.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to type in both languages as well.

• Good understanding of the economy and business environment.

• Interested in beingLicense Holder.
