Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking a Credit Risk Manager to join a dynamic working environment with an innovative management team.

The role involves performing credit assessments, analyses, and site visits, contributing to loan decision-making and portfolio reviews. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy with at least three years in front-line lending and credit risk for SMEs, with bilingual English and Mandarin skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience comprising both front-line capital lending and back-office credit risk for SME lending.
• Front line and back office experience are a must.
• Preferably have private lending experience.
• Has personal interest in financial markets and analysis; able to digest financial statement to form an informed analysis of an entity’s financial health.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to type in both languages as well.
• Good understanding of the economy and business environment.
• Interested in being License Holder.

• Perform credit assessment of our clients
• Perform credit analysis & review for new & existing loan portfolios
• Perform site visits with Business Development Managers and make recommendations for loan acceptance/rejection to management
• Perform loan portfolio analysis, industry analysis & market comparison studies.
• Work closely with all departments to implement workflows and systems in accordance with business strategies & policies relating to credit risk management.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and local regulatory requirements are met.
