Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Credit Analyst to review and assess credit applications and analyze client financials, collateral, and risk profiles. You will prepare proposals for credit committees and monitor ongoing exposures, ensuring compliance with risk policies.

The role requires 3+ years in credit analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with lending products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Risk, Lending, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking or Private Banking.
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting principles and risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with lending products, securities-backed lending and wealth lending solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess credit applications submitted by Relationship Managers and Lending Advisors.
• Analyze clients' financial profiles, net worth statements, liquidity positions and source of wealth.
• Evaluate collateral including investment portfolios, marketable securities, cash deposits and other pledged assets.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and provide recommendations for approval, decline or restructuring.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to relevant approval authorities and credit committees.
• Monitor existing credit exposures and ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Front Office teams to structure effective financing solutions while maintaining prudent risk standards.
• Perform portfolio reviews and identify emerging credit risks.
• Maintain high-quality credit documentation and approval records.
