Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch invites a Manager - Credit Administration to handle documentation within tight timeframes, monitor credit limits and collateral, and prepare internal and regulatory reports.

The role offers participation in system enhancement projects and requires seasoned banking experience with cross-border knowledge, strong analytical skills, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities including Putonghua.

Qualifications

• University graduate or HKQF-related qualifications preferable.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.
• Familiar with banking products and documentation.
• Knowledge of PRC laws and regulations; project exposure helpful.
• Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and resilience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese; Putonghua required.
• Leadership from backup role to team management.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Documentation handling (incl. drafting/reviewing and checking standard and non-standard facility letters and security documents) independently within tight timeframe and in a professional manner, as well as handling other related activities.
• Credit limit and collateral monitoring.
• Report preparation for internal and regulatory requirements (incl. CBRC and HKMA).
• Proactive involvement in system enhancement projects from time to time.
