Job summary

Edelman invites you to join the Creative & Design Internship in Hong Kong, where you will help up-level the firm's creative collateral for client work, presentations and ideation. You will work with the Design/Art Director and cross-functional teams through brainstorming, concept development and production to deliver engaging visuals.

We seek fresh graduates or students in Graphic Design, Advertising or Creative Media with a strong portfolio, knowledge of Adobe software, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or student in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Creative Media.
• Strong portfolio across social, print, film, and experiential formats.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Experience using AI design tools.
• Desire to generate fresh ideas in an integrated agency.
• Attention to detail and good time-management.
• Eager to learn and master new concepts.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Able to commit to 2–3 days per week for at least 3 months.

What You Will Be Working On

• Assist our Design/Art Director to design fresh new concepts for briefs and new business pitches
• Work closely with the creative, internal account teams and external clients to participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming and conceptual development to execution and production

What We Are Looking From You

• Fresh Graduate in or pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Creative Media
• Strong portfolio with demonstrated examples working across formats and channels including social, print, film, and experiential
• Knowledge in Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
• Experience using AI tools for design
• Desire to create fresh ideas and work in an integrated agency
• Attention to detail, time management skills, ability to multi-task, responsible
• Eager to learn and master new concepts
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Able to work for 2-3 days per week with a minimum contract period of 3 months
