Kings Toys Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Costing & Performance Manager to lead our managerial accounting functions and budgeting framework. You will monitor global client accounts and internal departments, delivering deep-dive analyses to drive profitability.

You will partner with senior management to translate financial insights into actionable actions, leveraging Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools across our international footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA/CPA/ACCA).
• 5+ years of experience in managerial accounting, FP&A, or commercial costing.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel (financial modeling), and ERP systems; BI tools a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate with global teams.
• Highly analytical, proactive in risk identification, committed to high operational excellence.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Commercial Costing & Performance Manager to join our team at Kings. In this pivotal role, you will lead the company’s internal managerial accounting functions, focusing on driving financial transparency and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for building a robust framework to monitor the performance of our global client accounts and internal departments. By providing deep-dive analysis and precise budgeting, you will empower senior management with actionable insights to optimize profitability across our global footprint.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting
• Qualified Accountant (Member of HKICPA/CPA/ACCA)
• 5+ years of experience in managerial accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or commercial costing, preferably within the global manufacturing or sourcing industry (footwear/sundries).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel (financial modeling), and ERP systems. Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools is a significant plus.
• Strong ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and work collaboratively with global teams.
• Highly analytical, proactive in identifying risks, and committed to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
