ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an eager and adaptable Corporate Services Administrator to join our Hong Kong business. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Hong Kong, offshore and fund clients, and will be a point of client contact within their allocated team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Entity formation, management and administration for jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Cayman Island and British Virgin Islands, including regulated funds
Manage the clients' entities to the internal standard of quality and service delivery turnaround
Execute and reply to verified instructions/enquiries from clients and internal sources, dealing with clients directly ensuring policies are followed and quality / turnaround requirements are met
Deal with day-to-day correspondence and administrative matters relating to the entities, originating responses as appropriate under the guidance of the supervisor/ manager as necessary
Assist with annual obligations of regulated entities as well as annual declarations and attestations depending on the specific jurisdiction
Work independently on instructions from individuals that are signatories and authorised to instruct Ascentium
Maintain all company particulars including registers, minute books and attending to the regulatory filings (including tax filing) as required
Manage accounts receivable, WIP and billing for their clients in accordance with internal policies and procedures
Ensure that the companies, partnerships and regulated funds are administered in accordance with their constitutional documents and any other relevant documents
Liaise with auditors, lawyers, regulators, the Registrar of Companies, and other governmental departments as required
ABOUT YOU
Minimum of 1 year of corporate administrative experience particularly with regulated BVI and Cayman entities (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Bachelor's degree or above in Corporate Governance, Business Administration or related disciplines
Bachelor's degree or above in Corporate Governance, Business Administration or related disciplines
Knowledge of relevant legislation in BVI, Cayman Islands and HK (will be an advantage but not a must)
Understand AML/KYC/CDD normal business requirements (will be an advantage but not a must)
Willingness to learn and develop and hard working
HKCGI / STEP student member is desirable
Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferred
