Job summary

Luk Fook Financial Services Limited is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the IPO lifecycle, including pre-IPO activities, equity placements and related ECM work.

The role requires strong educational background in finance/accounting/law, relevant corporate finance and investment banking experience, and professional credentials such as CPA or CFA. Candidates with 5–7+ years of corporate finance and 1+ year ECM experience will fit best; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Law.
• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in investment banking preferred.
• 5-7+ years of corporate finance experience.
• CPA or CFA highly preferred.
• Experience managing full IPO lifecycle.
• IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO.
• Minimum 1 year ECM related experience.
• University degree holder in Finance/Accounting.
