Job summary

Citigroup in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate in the Corporate Finance team focused on Hong Kong IPOs and related capital markets transactions. You will work closely with clients, deal teams and external advisers to execute transactions to a high standard throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent English and Chinese communication, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate finance or capital markets experience.
• Experience in Hong Kong IPOs is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates high integrity, ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute various phases of transaction execution and management.
• Collaborate with clients, deal teams, and advisers throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct due diligence, draft and review prospectuses and other documents.
• Manage execution timetables and regulator liaison; support franchise initiatives.
