Job summary

Be Myjob Company Limited is seeking an experienced corporate finance professional in Hong Kong to support IPOs, M&A, and capital markets deals. You will conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for corporate clients, and draft pitch books and regulatory filings under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a 2+ year background in investment banking or related fields, with strong modeling and presentation skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Hong Kong IPO process, M&A regulations, and capital markets practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, M&A, and capital markets deals.
