• Education: Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in investment banking preferred
• Degree in Information System or Computer Science
• At least 3 yrs exp in PM, BA in financial sector
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equity research, financial analysis
• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business, Journalism
• Preferably 3 years’ experience in financial operation and reporting
• At least 4 years’ experience as a writing analyst
• Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Chinese Financial and Commodities sectors
• Minimum 2 years' transaction services/deal advisory/audit experiences
• Financial analysis, modelling and due diligence knowledge are essential
• Capable to handle international and domestic client base projects
• IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO
• Minimum 1 year ECM related experience
• University Degree holder in Finance /Accounting
