Michael Page is seeking a Corporate Development & Investment Analyst to join a high-impact team, working with senior leadership on investments, partnerships, and product strategy across the digital asset ecosystem globally.

The role involves market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, portfolio support, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to AI tools and fintech innovation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, consulting, asset management, or related financial markets roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess businesses, markets, and investment opportunities rigorously.
• Genuine interest in technology, digital assets, fintech, and product innovation.
• Familiarity with digital asset products such as spot and derivatives exchanges, tokenization platforms, DeFi, prediction markets, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI productivity tools and large language models for research, automation, and analytical workflows; Python or other scripting experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in evaluating strategic opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Identify, assess, and execute strategic investment opportunities, including conducting commercial and financial due diligence.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies, helping maximize strategic and financial value creation.
• Source, evaluate, and facilitate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial collaborations across the digital asset and traditional financial services sectors.
• Develop informed perspectives on emerging industry trends, including digital asset trading, DeFi, tokenization, stablecoins, payments, prediction markets, and the convergence of AI and blockchain technologies.
• Prepare investment memoranda, strategic presentations, and discussion materials for senior management, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners, industry participants, investors, and ecosystem players.
• Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to enhance research, due diligence, reporting, and workflow efficiency across the team.
• Provide ongoing operational and project management support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects.
