Job summary

Crypto.com seeks a Corporate Development professional to work with senior management on product analysis, investments and global partnerships. Build analytical frameworks, run due diligence, and shape product directions across crypto markets and AI-enabled workflows.

You will also prepare materials for management and investors, and manage relationships with partners in crypto and traditional finance, while using AI to streamline repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in financial markets with strong financial literacy and analytical skills.
• Rigorous thinking about businesses and numbers.
• Genuine interest in products like spot/perps, tokenized assets, DeFi, AI.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools; daily use of LLMs to research, draft, model.
• Comfort with light scripting (Python or similar).
• Strong quantitative background to support data-driven decisions.
• Financial modelling capability.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job description

You will sit in the Corporate Development team, working directly with senior management on product analysis, investment and strategic partnerships globally for the Company.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytical backbone for senior management decisions: business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisons
• Identify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on them
• Ongoing support of the Company's portfolio companies
• Originate, structure and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements
• Develop and defend a view on where crypto product is heading: trading venues and DeFi/on-chain, RWA and tokenization, prediction markets, stablecoins and payments, AI x crypto etc. and translate that view into concrete opportunities for the business
• Prepare materials for senior professionals to use in management discussions, client meetings and the firm's engagement with institutional investors
• Manage ongoing relationships with potential partners across crypto and traditional finance sectors
• Use AI tooling to compress the manual layer of the role: screening, data pulls, first-draft memos, portfolio and partner monitoring, recurring reporting, and convert one-off analyses into repeatable workflows the wider team can run
• Overall operational support with regards to daily operation nand internal updates

Requirements

• 1-3 years of working experience in financial markets, with strong financial literacy and analytical skills
• Trained to think rigorously about businesses and numbers
• Genuine interest in products. Understanding products including but not limited to spot/perps exchanges, RWA / tokenized-asset platform, prediction market, AI
• Practical fluency with AI productivity tools. You use LLMs daily to research, draft, model and automate, and can point to work you have accelerated or built. Comfort with light scripting (Python or similar) is a plus
• Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
• Financial modelling capability
• Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
• Solid, demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
