Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking a Corporate Development & Investment Analyst to partner with senior leadership on global strategic initiatives across investments, partnerships, and product strategy within the digital asset ecosystem.

You will evaluate opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio companies while building relationships with industry players. Strong analytics, finance skills, and English/Mandarin/Cantonese fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, VC, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset for rigorous market and opportunity assessment.
• Genuine interest in technology, digital assets, fintech, and product innovation.
• Familiarity with digital asset products and DeFi is desirable.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Experience using AI tools and scripting; Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Support senior management in evaluating strategic opportunities via market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and business cases.
• Identify, assess, and execute strategic investment opportunities, including due diligence.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies to maximize strategic and financial value.
• Source and facilitate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations across digital assets and traditional finance.
• Develop views on trends: digital asset trading, DeFi, tokenization, stablecoins, payments, AI/blockchain convergence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with prospective partners, investors, and ecosystem players.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance research, due diligence, and reporting.

Join a high-impact Corporate Development team and work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives across investments, partnerships, and product strategy globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem while influencing key business decisions and growth opportunities.

• Support senior management in evaluating strategic opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Identify, assess, and execute strategic investment opportunities, including conducting commercial and financial due diligence.
• Monitor and support portfolio companies, helping maximize strategic and financial value creation.
• Source, evaluate, and facilitate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and commercial collaborations across the digital asset and traditional financial services sectors.
• Develop informed perspectives on emerging industry trends, including digital asset trading, DeFi, tokenization, stablecoins, payments, prediction markets, and the convergence of AI and blockchain technologies.
• Prepare investment memoranda, strategic presentations, and discussion materials for senior management, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners, industry participants, investors, and ecosystem players.
• Leverage AI tools and automation technologies to enhance research, due diligence, reporting, and workflow efficiency across the team.
• Provide ongoing operational and project management support for strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Development & Investment Analyst should have:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, consulting, asset management, or related financial markets roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess businesses, markets, and investment opportunities rigorously.
• Genuine interest in technology, digital assets, fintech, and product innovation.
• Familiarity with digital asset products such as spot and derivatives exchanges, tokenization platforms, decentralized finance (DeFi), prediction markets, and AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI productivity tools and large language models (LLMs) for research, automation, and analytical workflows; Python or other scripting experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
