• Assist in financial analysis and investment evaluation

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
• 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within large‑scale financial institutions
• Proven track record or exposure to investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office, digital transformation, or IT business partnering

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and research skills; hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, data analysis) to drive operational efficiency and generate business insights
• Keen interest in FinTech trends and digital transformation within the financial services sector
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); familiarity with the Chinese business landscape and experience in cross‑border projects or overseas business is a strong plus
