China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch seeks a senior corporate banking leader to develop cross-border opportunities in acquisition financing, new syndication loans, investment banking, securities firms and private equity.

The role targets key client segments—state-owned and large private enterprises, and top-listed companies—building deep relationships and delivering full-service solutions while managing risk and guiding a high-performing team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with large-enterprise relationship management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of banking operations in both Mainland China and Hong Kong with regulatory familiarity.
• Strong market insight, client management capabilities and team-building ability; excellent communication and new business development track record.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and explore new business opportunities for the Corporate Banking unit through a strong network with Mainland branches in cross-border and offshore acquisition financing, new syndication loans, investment banking, securities firms and private equity.
• Focus on key client segments including state-owned and central state-owned enterprises, leading private enterprises, and locally listed companies; build in-depth business relationships with comprehensive service solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive risk management for the existing client portfolio.
• Oversee full departmental management and lead the team to achieve departmental performance targets.

Education
