Corporate Banking Committee Professional (Digital Transformation Focus)

Lead data management initiatives for Corporate Banking and collaborate with the Data Management Division to develop & standardize data framework

Drive the dashboard development to visualize and automate of data presentation (including customer data, product data and performance metrics etc)

Review reports in Corporate Banking area and implement automation to migrate manual reports to digital platforms / system to enhance data accuracy and achieve real-time availability

Collect system pain points from front office staff for digital optimization and collaborate with Fintech Division of headquarter to drive system enhancement

Provide support for AI application rollout; assist business teams in AI tool training, scenario adaptation and collect feedback to iterate intelligent solutions

Drive AI application initiative to establish intelligent solutions for approval and data analysis

Develop budget, framework & protocols for long-term management and post-implementation review mechanisms to systematically transform business line operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline

At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology transformation or digital initiatives

Hands on experience in banking system optimization and digital iteration projects; familiar with workflow tuning of corporate banking front-end &reporting systems

Practical experience in AI application support with financial scenarios, capable of bridging business demands and technical teams to promote AI tool popularization and optimization

Strong commercial and business acumen with proven experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and digital transformation projects

Basic understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations set by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) as well as familiarity with banking business models and capital markets operations

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation and communication skills

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent Chinese business writing skill is required.
