Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong is recruiting for an Associate/VP in Corporate Access. You will originate bespoke access mandates, build relationships with corporate clients and investors, and collaborate with research and banking to deliver high-value content.

The role requires 5+ years of origination or equity sales experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong analytical and tech-enabled workflow skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate access origination or equity sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with technology and digital platforms to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Originate bespoke corporate access mandates and identify macro/sector themes.
• Drive and own the bespoke corporate access process with institutional clients.
• Maintain relationships with investors and corporates to arrange meetings.
• Understand client needs and enhance service with sales teams.
• Collaborate with research and banking to build corporate relationships.
• Manage high volume client requests and internal communications.
• Participate in day-to-day client activities and strategic initiatives.
• Support thematic events showcasing Goldman Sachs’ franchise to clients.
• Produce regular analytics on client activity.
