Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines; professional qualifications will be an advantage.
• Holder of SFC Type 6 license is preferable.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, audit, accounting, transaction advisory or related fields.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Codes and SFC regulatory framework is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including spin-offs, M&A advisory, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund-raising activities.
• Support and execute due diligence work, transaction documentation, financial analysis, feasibility studies, presentations and listing-related materials.
• Assist in coordinating with clients, legal advisers, reporting accountants, regulators and other professional parties throughout the deal process.
• Prepare pitch books, reports, submissions and internal documentation in a timely and professional manner.
• For Manager level, take a more active role in managing execution timelines, supervising junior staff and handling day-to-day project coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
