Job summary

Qualifications

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Laws or related disciplines.
• CPA or CFA qualification is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in professional firms (private credit/secured financing and/or auditing).
• Strong analytical skills; sector knowledge in technology/datacenter preferred; writing/communication.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; team player who can work under pressure.

Job description

Advise on corporate finance including private credits, secured financing, M&A and restructuring;
Ability to put together investment committee memo, investor presentation and financial modelling;

Conduct due diligence and financial analysis;
Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models

Requirements

University Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Laws or related disciplines

Professional qualification such as CPA or CFA will be an added advantage

3 to 5 years of solid working experience in professional firms, including private credit and secured financing experience and/or auditing experience

Possess strong analytical, technology/ datacenter sector experience is preferred, writing and communication skills

A team player who is organized, self-initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing applications
