We seek an executive with a proven COO/MD track record, strong governance, and hands-on leadership. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is expected; equity options may be offered to align with long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven executive track record in General Manager/MD/COO roles.
• Hands-on governance and team management experience.
• Ability to translate strategies into operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end business operations and implement SOPs.
• Lead growth initiatives, develop sales and BD strategies for market expansion.
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and culture building.
• Bridge HK and Shenzhen operations with standardized cross-border protocols.
• Manage P&L, allocate resources, and drive data-driven processes.
