Job summary

China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (CHEC) is seeking a Labour Relations Officer to manage personnel and labour relations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The role requires Form 5 or above with an HR-related qualification, strong English and Chinese proficiency, and solid computer skills. Immediate availability is preferred, with responsibilities including record maintenance and HR administration across sites.

Qualifications

• Form 5 standard or above, preferably with a post-secondary qualification in human resources management.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• High proficiency in computer systems and HR-related software.

Job Description

• Responsible for personnel and labour relations duties in construction site
• Form 5 standard or above, preferably have a post-secondary qualification in human resources management
• Minimum 1 year working experience on human resources management or related duties and good job records
• Certificate of Labour Relations Officer is preferred
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge, preferably with past experience on operation of a computerized smart-card system
• Experience of Labour Officer / clerical and administration work at construction site will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred.
