Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst to support rollout of a Speech-to-text system and IT security solutions. You will administer Windows servers and AD, manage data centres, and assist with system installation, testing, and migration across agency sites. A government-facing background is highly valued.

The contract runs from 01 Nov 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (3 months). Strong English skills and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

At least 4 years' experience in Windows Server administration (backup, patch, and user account management).
At least 4 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory.
At least 4 years' experience in anti-malware and EDR solutions.
Experience in supporting Government applications.
Experience in Data Centre/Server Room/Computer Rooms implementation, site preparation and relocation.

Responsibilities

Technical support and administration on mobile devices, Windows, Office, anti-malware and ERD.
Handle network, servers and PC problems; provide solutions and coordinate with vendors.
System administration and support for IT infrastructure and virtualization environments.
Conduct application and system testing and user acceptance.
Prepare rollout procedures for pilot and production runs of Speech-to-text System.
Perform software installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting, health checks, backup and recovery.
Relocate servers and client equipment as needed.
Support helpdesk staff and end users.
Perform other duties (e.g., on-call weekends/holidays) related to implementation and maintenance.
