Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Systems Analyst to design, implement and maintain IT applications for iAM Smart enhancements. The role supports government departments and contractors, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, feasibility studies, UI support, system design, testing and tender preparation.

The ideal candidate has strong PKI, Web Services and ITS experience, plus solid Android/iOS development and excellent English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect technical and user requirements for iAM Smart enhancements.
• Study feasibility and draft initial infrastructure/app design.
• Support UI design for new iAM Smart features.
• Coordinate with parties to support design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Review outsourcing deliverables and conduct acceptance tests.
• Assist government or NGO adoption of enhanced iAM features.
• Review test plans and perform testing for new features.
• Review load/stress plans and conduct load testing.
• Assist with Tender docs and Work Assignment Briefs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Project Nature (T26) To support the design, implementation and maintenance of the iAM Smart functions and new enhancements (e.g. personal assistant, AI-enabled chatbot, CorpID, commercial e-proof, offline personal code, information portal, step-up authentication, etc.) and provide support to Government departments or non-government parties for the adoption of the enhanced iAM Smart functionalities.

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO
• 1. Collect both technical and user requirements for the new iAM Smart enhancements
• 2. Study the technical feasibility of the new iAM Smart enhancements and create initial design of the infrastructure and application structure
• 3. Provide support to the User Interface (UI) design of the new iAM Smart enhancements
• 4. Liaise various parties and provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the new iAM Smart enhancements
• 5. To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new iAM Smart enhancements
• 6. Provide technical support for Government departments or non-government parties to adopt the enhanced iAM Smart functions
• 7. Review the test plan and perform the testing for the new iAM Smart enhancements
• 8. Review the load/stress plan and perform the load/stress testing for the new iAM Smart enhancements
• 9. Assist for the Work Assignment Brief / Tender document preparation
• 10. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• 1. Solid working experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems.
• 2. Solid working experience in performing system integration test and user acceptance test.
• 3. Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients.
• 4. Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development.
• 5. Solid working experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless integrations.
• 6. Good sense of analytical and problem solving skills.
• 7. Good command of English and Chinese writing skills.
• 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 9. Possess positive attitude with self-motivate and hard-working.
• 10. Overtime work is required when necessary.

Technical Skills

• . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI);
• . At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
• . At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
• 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage.

Non-technical Skills

• . Good coordination skills is a must;
• . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
• . At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
• . At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
• . Excellent written English is an advantage;
• . 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage;
• . 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage.

• - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
• - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
