Job summary

Urban Group in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Recreation Assistant to manage daily clubhouse operations, assist with bookings, issue membership cards, and address member inquiries. This role requires 1 year of clubhouse or property management experience, strong communication, and a pleasant personality.

Senior Recreation Assistant may be considered for more experienced candidates. The successful candidate will work with the team to maintain safety and cleanliness across clubhouse facilities

Qualifications

• F.5 standard or above; preferably with formal education in Recreation / Leisure / Property Management.
• 1 year’s experience in clubhouse, recreation, or property management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant and cheerful character.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Recreation Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily clubhouse operations, including the booking procedure and coupon selling.
• Patrol clubhouse to ensure cleanliness and inspect the safety of facilities.
• Prepare membership cards and keep records.
• Address and handle complaints in the clubhouse.
