Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking candidates to support client onboarding and everyday sales activities. You will handle account opening procedures, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and provide efficient administrative support to the sales team.

The role requires strong attention to detail, bilingual communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to manage inquiries with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account opening process within brokerage or banking preferred.
• Higher Diploma or above in Business Admin, Finance, Banking, Risk Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with internship or part-time experience considered.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in document review and data entry.
• Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; AI usage is a plus.

• Conduct CLIENT account opening in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements
• Provide administrative support to the sales
• Handle clients’ enquiries and provide quality service support

Requirements

• Assist in other ad hoc projects when required
• Higher Diploma or above. Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or related disciplines is preferred
• Experience in account opening process within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time experience will also be considered
• Detail-oriented with strong attention TO accuracy in document review and data entry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure and in fast-paced team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effectively using AI is preferred
