UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support account opening processes, data entry and client inquiries.

You will handle document review, maintain records with accuracy, and provide administrative support to the sales team, in a fast-paced environment with bilingual communication.

Fresh graduates or diploma holders are welcome; proficiency in Word and Excel and a willingness to use AI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Experience in account opening process within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in document review and data entry.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure and in fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effectively using AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct client account opening in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements

Provide administrative support to the sales

Handle clients' enquiries and provide quality service support

Assist in other ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above. Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Risk Management, or related disciplines is preferred

Experience in account opening process within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time experience will also be considered
