Job summary

H.O.P.E. Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities invites applications for a position designed to assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of activities for ethnic minorities.

You will answer enquiries, receive service users and visitors, compile statistics, and provide clerical and administrative support. The role requires reading and writing in English and Chinese, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and the flexibility to work irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience to assist in the implementation of groups/programmes.
• Good command of oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of activities and programmes for ethnic minorities.
• Answer general enquiries and receive service users and visitors.
• Compile statistics; prepare reports and provide clerical and administrative support.
• Manage fee payment of groups, programmes/activities and provide general bookkeeping duties.
• Assist in the establishment of the network, promotion and publicity work and services of the team.
