Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking a junior Contract Officer for our Treasury Operations team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on day‑to‑day support for treasury market transactions, with emphasis on accuracy and routine processing in FX/MM products.

You will handle clerical tasks, payments, and settlement inquiries while complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements. English and Chinese communication is required.

Qualifications

• HKDSE Level or above; degree holders with less experience will also be considered.
• Around 1 year of relevant experience in treasury or treasury settlement operations.
• Knowledge of RTGS‑SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance operations is an advantage.
• Good PC skills in MS Office; familiarity with VBA, Excel Macros or Alteryx will be viewed favourably.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Process and check clerical work for treasury market transactions, including input, verification and basic documentation handling in core operating systems.
• Perform routine operations such as preparing and checking payments, confirming trade details with counterparties and posting account entries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all treasury transactions comply with Head Office policies, internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as credit facility and counterparty ID registration and maintenance in systems.
• Answer enquiries related to treasury product settlements from internal stakeholders or counterparties as required.
• Undertake other ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support the smooth running of the Treasury Operations function.
