Job summary

Settlement Officer – Operations Department in Hong Kong conducts day-to-day treasury settlement for FX, money market, bonds and OTC derivatives, and handles Hong Kong Trade Repository reporting. It monitors settlement status and generates management reports, while addressing post-settlement issues and data integrity.

The role requires a university degree with about 3 years in treasury settlement, strong bilingual English/Chinese communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree or above with 3 years experience in Treasury Settlement.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime as required.
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing and computer applications (Word/Excel).
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Experience in using SWIFT/RTGS/CMU/Xact would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate with more working experience will consider the role of Senior Officer.
