Job summary

Qualifications

IT-related bachelor's degree from HK or overseas.
Level 2+ Chinese and Level 3+ English in HKDSEE/HKCEE or overseas equivalent.
Seven years post-qualification IT exp with at least 3 years in a similar post.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written English.
Experience in Active Directory, web apps, and portals.
Security awareness and compliance with government standards.
Security vetting is required.
Holder of relevant professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Admin and maintain IT systems (portal, e-leave, identity mgmt, web apps, portals).
Ensure smooth operation and security; diagnose and resolve issues.
Lead IT projects (AI, tech upgrades) per government standards and budgets.
Liaise with end-users, contractors, DPO and B/Ds; align with guidelines.
Prepare technical specs for procurements and documents for IT services.
Mobilise and guide junior staff; perform other duties as assigned.
