Computer Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an IT project manager to lead end-to-end IT project delivery in a banking context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define requirements, and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes risk management, vendor collaboration, and ongoing process improvements to meet industry standards and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering, project management).
• Working experience in Banking industry.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP, CSM or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Handle and review legal documents, contracts, agreements and corporate documents and support regulatory compliance matters
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
