Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a capable IT Project Manager to oversee a contract assignment with a leading bank, focusing on delivering IT projects end-to-end.

You will manage planning, execution, and delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, budgets, and timelines, under a 6-month contract based in Fo Tan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, project management).
• 2 years relevant working experience in banking industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP, CSM or similar certification is a plus.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
