Job summary

Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd invites applications for the role of Assistant Project Officer on a 3-month contract. A bachelor degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines is required, with a minimum of two years' relevant work experience.

Experience with shopping mall renovations, project monitoring, and building maintenance is preferred. Candidate should be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience, preferably in shopping mall renovation, project monitoring and building maintenance.
• Experience in developers and property management companies would be an advantage.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting technical and cost assessment on tenders/quotations/technical proposal from internal and external parties.
• Comment on routine shop re-layout and provide solutions for technical E&M issues.
• Assist in feasibility study of new shopping mall provisions/systems.
• Draft regular technical reports/documents.
