Job summary

Able Engineering Company Limited is seeking a Contract Architectural Assistant for Admiralty and Fanling sites in Hong Kong. The role requires a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Architecture, plus strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM.

You will conduct site inspections, attend meetings, and support the design and construction teams with detailed modelling. Knowledge of construction details and computer modelling is essential, and a valid Construction Industry Safety Training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture are required.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and BIM.
• Strong understanding of architectural construction details and computer modelling.
• Must hold a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic site inspections and site meetings for ongoing projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent;

Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Revit and BIM;

Solid technical understanding of architectural construction details and computer modelling;

Carry out periodic site inspections, site meetings, and site measurements related to ongoing projects;

Must holder a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
