Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY in Hong Kong seeks a Contract Account Services Assistant for Private Banking on a six-month contract. You will support daily account administration, including opening, data maintenance, AML/KYC screening and documentation handling in a fast-paced private banking setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, higher diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Administration or a related discipline.
• Prior exposure to banking operations, private banking account services, client onboarding or KYC/AML support is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow structured procedures and manage routine, document-heavy operational work.
• Able to organize multiple tasks independently, work to tight deadlines and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily AML name screening, customer-data checks and basic documentation reviews, ensuring information is accurate, complete and handled in accordance with internal procedures.
• Support account opening, account maintenance and periodic-review activities, including document collection, initial checking, data input, status tracking and follow-up.
• Update and maintain client static data, account profiles, KYC records and related information accurately in the bank's systems.
• Handle filing, scanning, document indexing and record-maintenance activities, ensuring client documentation is properly stored, accessible and up to date.
• Liaise with Front Office, Compliance and other Operations teams to follow up on outstanding documents and resolve straightforward account-services enquiries.
• Assist with ad hoc operational assignments, including process-improvement initiatives, system testing, simple management reporting and other projects assigned by management.
