Ultima Markets is seeking a content marketing professional to lead multilingual content across forex, market insights, and fintech topics for social, email, in-app messages, and more, ensuring localization.

You will collaborate with SEO, design, and campaigns, manage community engagement, stay updated on industry trends, and translate complex finance concepts into clear content for English and Chinese audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of content experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Community Management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of trading terminology, regulatory constraints, and content marketing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on content accuracy, consistency, and cultural sensitivity.
• Effective collaborator across functions and regions.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to content ideation and content calendar planning across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Craft clear, engaging, and localized content on forex trading, market insights, and financial technology, tailored for various formats such as social media posts, emailers, in-app messages, etc. —— including content translation, when required.
• Monitor content effectiveness and continuously refine the content, based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SEO, social media, campaign, and design teams, to ensure cohesive, on-brand content that aligns with keyword strategies, messaging direction, and delivery timelines across channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and audience behavior to ensure content remains relevant, differentiated, and competitive.
• Proactively propose new content formats or angles based on market developments and emerging audience needs.
• Manage and engage with online communities across social media channels, forums, messaging groups, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond to audience inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Support community-building initiatives, webinars, events, and campaigns designed to strengthen brand advocacy and customer loyalty.
• Support the execution of branding campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, and corporate communication initiatives.
• Assist in developing brand-focused content, thought leadership articles, event communications, and storytelling assets.
