Hong Kong Baptist University’s School of Creative Arts invites a Communications Manager to lead content marketing and brand storytelling for the Creative Hub and related education projects. You will drive multi-channel content and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

We seek a strategic communicator with at least seven years in communications or public relations, skilled in digital marketing, analytics, and stakeholder management; fluency in English and Chinese preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, English, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in communications, content marketing, digital media, public relations, corporate communications, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Lead content creation across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, publications, videos, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
• Identify and develop storytelling opportunities, working with faculty, students, alumni, artists, researchers, donors, and partners to highlight achievements and stories.
• Monitor media trends, audience insights, and digital analytics, preparing regular performance reports and recommendations to strengthen content effectiveness and engagement outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies, including designers, photographers, videographers, and service providers, to deliver high-quality communication materials.
• Undertake other communications and marketing duties as assigned.
