Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd is seeking a capable Site Administration Officer for our Hong Kong projects. The role involves managing construction materials control and site logistics, handling attendance for payroll, and monitoring site administration and security operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or above with 4 years of construction industry experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above.
• 4 years' relevant working experience in construction field.
• Knowledge and experience in the operation and practices of construction industry are preferred.
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Hands-on experience in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Candidates with driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Site Administration Officer.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction materials control and site logistics management.
• Handle site staff and workers' attendance records for payroll calculation.
• Monitor site administration and security operation.
• Provide support to site inventory control and ensure a smooth workflow and logistics of delivery of materials.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.
