Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a on-site Safety Assistant/Clerical support to join the Safety team. The role covers general clerical duties and assisting in daily site safety inspections and training, under the supervision of Safety Officers.

The successful candidate will have Form 5 or a Higher Diploma with site operation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or Higher Diploma with site operation experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Full-time on-site requirement.
• More experience or higher education may be considered for a Safety Assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general clerical duties including data entry, copying, scanning and filing for safety & environmental department.
• Assist in daily site safety inspection and safety training.
• Perform duties of Safety Supervisor as stipulated in regulations.
• Conduct safety inspection and training.
• Support to implement and monitor the Safety Management System.
• Monitor implementation of project safety plans and programs.
